The Spearhead Service Web Portal offers industry leading oversight and transparency of your servicing contract, including all equipment items and jobs. You will have access to the Web Portal as part of your Planned Preventative Maintenance contract.

Inclusive Contract

The inclusive contract leaves you with no unexpected costs and includes:

  • Proactive servicing of equipment in accordance with LOLER legislation

  • Breakdown/callouts

  • Parts fitted (determined by SLA’s in your contract agreement)

  • Monthly charges based on equipment

Reactive PPM Contract

The reactive contract charges per job and is invoiced on job completion. The contract includes:

  • LOLER inspections (every 6 months)

  • Servicing of equipment

  • Breakdowns/callouts

  • Invoiced on job completion after the work has been carried out
