The Northern England Sales Representative plays a vital role in driving the continued success of the business. As the face of Spearhead in the region, you will be instrumental in strengthening existing relationships while identifying and developing new opportunities. This role is key to ensuring our customers are well supported, our product range is fully represented, and that we continue to grow in a competitive market.
About the Role

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will take ownership of your territory, identifying opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and delivering outstanding customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in sales or business development (essential)
Strong track record of achieving or exceeding targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build rapport and manage long-term relationships
Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
Self-motivated and capable of managing a regional territory independently
Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
B2B sales experience (preferred)
What Success Looks Like
Consistently achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
Growing the regional customer base
Increasing product adoption within existing accounts
Delivering high-quality customer interactions and demonstrations
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline data
Education
A-levels or equivalent (required)
Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (desirable)
