As our furniture sales division continues to grow, we are looking for a confident, motivated, and target-driven Lead Generation Telemarketer to help generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.

The Role

As a Lead Generation Telemarketer, you will play a key role in supporting our sales growth by engaging with prospective customers and generating qualified leads for our furniture range.

Working closely with the sales team, you will contact care homes, healthcare providers, and commercial organisations to introduce our products, identify opportunities, and convert interest into enquiries and orders.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoys achieving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective customers

  • Generate qualified leads and sales opportunities for the furniture sales team

  • Build rapport quickly and communicate product benefits confidently

  • Record all call activity, lead information, and outcomes accurately within CRM systems

  • Follow up on enquiries and nurture prospects through the sales process

  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to support conversion into confirmed orders

  • Develop a strong understanding of Spearhead’s furniture product range and customer base

Performance Expectations

  • You will work towards clear and achievable KPIs, including:

    • Minimum 350 outbound calls per week

    • Generating approximately:

      • Leads: 33% of calls

      • Enquiries: 33% of leads

      • Orders: 47% of enquiries

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in telemarketing, lead generation, or outbound sales

  • A confident communicator with excellent telephone manner

  • Resilient and comfortable handling objections

  • Self-motivated and target-driven

  • Organised with strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid environment

  • Familiar with CRM systems (preferred but not essential)
