Spearhead acquires Andway Healthcare

Spearhead has acquired the Andway Products division and will take over responsibility for the supply of goods and customer service from Monday 3rd August 2026.

Your supply of goods is guaranteed. Nothing changes in the way your orders are placed, fulfilled or delivered – and from Monday 3rd August, Spearhead will pick up exactly where Andway leaves off.

Here’s what you can count on:

• Your orders will continue to be fulfilled as normal

• There will be no interruption to the supply of your orders

• You will automatically become a Spearhead customer on 3rd August 2026

Here’s what you can expect as a Spearhead customer:

You’ll have a dedicated Account Manager and Area Representative who understands your organisation and act as your points of contact. Alongside them is a wider customer support team – fast to respond, easy to reach, and genuinely helpful. Whether you need product advice, order assistance or help resolving a problem, the right person is always available.

Spearhead believes face-to-face support matters. Your Area Representative will work alongside you at both head office and home level, providing:

• Regular review meetings

• Product guidance and optimisation

• Auditing and compliance support

• COSHH guidance and training

This hands-on approach helps make sure you get real value from our partnership – and that safe, consistent standards are maintained across your service.

As your single-source partner, Spearhead can support multiple areas of your care home operation through one relationship. Consumables, equipment and furniture – all from a supplier who already understands how care homes work.

On 3rd August 2026, you automatically became a Spearhead customer. Your Account Manager will have been in touch to introduce themselves, and you'll have received your Spearhead account details, ordering information and delivery schedule.
